Nope, not authentic. I saw one like this recently at a thrift store and even though I own a set of real ones, I was nearly taken in by it (of course the $10 price tag was part of the allure). But the back didn't look quite right and when I looked online for a photo of a real one, then I knew for sure. Then I started to notice the other less obvious differences, including less than great workmanship.
There's a set on ebay right now that is listed as genuine but with backs that are even more obvious in their difference. I don't know who made these or where they were made but they're not new knockoffs.
