Artifort sofa - what is the name of this sofa?

Would anyone be able to inform me which model and who is the designer of this sofa?
I know it's from Artifort but I can't find the model anywhere.

If someone can help me I would be immensely grateful.

@leandro-kimura I live in the netherlands I dont know it as artifort  It is also to fluffy to be artifort and cant find any document  who list is as artifort How do you know it is artifort?

I know because, under the upholstery and the seat appears the fabric with the Artifort logo.
As can be seen in the attached photo.
