Dear all,

thank you for having me on your site, I am looking/searching/reading for a long time, because of this site I found original Eames chairs for me 🙂

Now, I have a new problem, I ordered few Arne Jacobsen chairs in color 215 (Silk), but internet found only one for sale on German ebay. I've googled and googled, found zero. Only reply from customer support (FH), was that this color (Silk 215), was produced form 200-2009, about the sticker I didnt get any reply.

Another problem, sticker (below), I am missing designer (Arne Jacobsen), all google photos have designers on (products made by Fritz Hansen), only mine dont. Found one, for table also produced by FH, but also no designer, made in Denmark 2003.

Now I am a little bit paranoied.

Can you please help me out, to find or to recognize it. Is it realy good replica (damn), or is it original.

This add I found on ebay, had designer (AJ) on FH sticker.

only one found on iternet, ebay (sold item), same sticker, without designer, produced 2003 (mine 2002).

if i Google more, I found out that Chairs made same years (2002,2003), mostly have designer written on the sticker. Why soo?

Hy all,

so I got the answer from FH support office, guy who probably knows more that girl yesterday. He told me, production was from 2000 till 2004, they change color every few (4-6) years for ther 3017.

Labels on the chairs in this time where 2, one with designer one without, before labels were without webpage, etc, etc.

Silk 215 is their color, very rare to get, because very few sold. People are selling their 3017 after 20 years or they dont.

Shape should be right. They also have their own replica "reserching" employes, and they have never seen replicas with "original" labels or ones that would look like original labels.
