It is not a Kofod Larsen design that I recognize. It certainly is very much in his style, and sometimes that means he actually designed it.
There are a few peculiarities about this chair compared to much of Kofod Larsen's work.
The wood is very dark. Is it teak?
The backrest is very thick. This is a structural necessity, which is unusual for Kofod Larsen. Along the same lines, the seat is not attached to the frame at the rear, and the side stretchers are far below the seat bottom. These design elements all require a different structure, requiring stronger joinery and a thicker backrest than his Selig designs. Of course that might just be a good indication that this is a higher end design. (And to be clear this is NOT a selig piece).
Can you furnish some more photos of the underside, and perhaps some sharp well lit close ups of the wood? Any joinery that can be seen? These sorts of things might give some indication of what sort of maker might have been responsible for it.
