I am no expert of identification, but consider posting a couple of more pictures...one without the cushions, and one of the underside (especially the joinery). It also helps to know where you and your handsome chair are located.

I only had these pictures for now, I will have more in the coming weeks.
The chair was purchased in Leuven, Belgium and has been there for at least 30 years.
