Strange wall lamp folded chromeplated metal ID  

I found this nice chrome plated wall lamp. It consists of two parts. The inner part with 2 lights and the outside which is made of folded chrome plated metal. I haven't got a clue who designed it, searched the internet for a couple of hours, browsed all the wall lamps on 1stdibs, designaddict and pamono and I can't find it anywhere. So it could be very rare, or just a common not so very vintage lamp, though there is some patina there. And I personally like the design.
Maybe someone can point me in the right direction.
