Stiffel Futura Pole Lamp -Frankenlamp or original?

I'm interested in some day acquiring a Stiffel Futura pole lamp if I can ever find one for sale. I'm curious if the 1957 Stiffel Futura was ever produced as a 3 fixture lamp with this type of shade, or is this 3-way lamp I found in a google search a concoction of two pole lamps? Nearly all of the Stiffel pole lamps with this type of shade I've come across have 4 shades and are on a brass pole. There are only two that I've found with 3 fixtures on a wood pole. One of them was sold as an original, and the other was antique mall find that someone posted. Anyone know? Thanks!

I have a lovely Stiffel pole lamp with three heads as well as a shelf . Don't know the age or if it has a name for it but I thought I would share with you here.

Lovely indeed! The majority of Stiffel pole lamps I come across have 3 heads except for the Futura tension lamps. I haven't seen that one before with the attached shelf. Nice! Thanks for sharing.

Hey there Rich. That lamp / shot is mine! Yes indeed, the more common all metal ones have 4 heads. The rarer 3 headed versions have walnut. Honestly I think the 3 head version looks more balanced and elegant!

Thanks so much GalaxyModern. I really like that style of shade, and it's good to know that they made a couple different versions of the Futura. Yours is a beauty! Now I must find one!!!
