Desperately Seeking Designer ID for this spectacular Arc lamp. The post appears to be made of hollow fiberglass, the cone shaped base of cement with it's ultra cool single steel foot. The shade is a Panton style half moon plastic. Post does not separate but is removable from base. Arc can be determined by length of cord drop. I can not find anything similar out there in space
