Is this a McCobb chair or ? It has small inlaid rosewood butterflys and horizontal line on a walnut frame. Thanks!

I believe that is a chair man...
I believe that is a chair manufactured by Lane.
I have actually seen these one other time at an estate sale as well, but not too common, but an american manufactured design.
The link is from ebay, but I recall the set i saw at the estate sale was also marked with the Lane tag, much like the one in the linked photos.

Lane but not McCobb
Definitely by Lane but not one of the three chair designs Paul McCobb did for Lane.

I found
The ebay chair with the lane tag a couple of hours ago. This one has been reupholstered so no label. I take Straylight's word for it, But there is certainly some heavy borrowing from the delineator series, with the bow tie backs, The combination of walnut and rosewood, and the boat shaped top of the table. Thanks to all!

No bow ties in the 60's
By the time 1962 and the first Lane collection came into production a lot of the 50's design hallmarks which are so readily identifiable as Paul McCobb had been abandoned by him.
The times were changing and Paul McCobb's design aesthetic changed right along with them

I mistyped
I actually meant to say this set borrowed heavily from mccobbs work (prior, of course), not the delineator series.

Close but no McCobb!
I first encountered these Lane chairs a while back when I did not have anywhere near the knowledge on Paul McCobb that I have now and asked the same question (Are these by Paul McCobb?)
As my research progressed I eventually learned that they were not, but it took significant time and effort to locate information pertinent to the Paul McCobb/Lane groups and I can see where based on "look and feel" that these might easily be construed a Paul McCobb design by an uneducated observer.
Lately I have been focusing building up an archive of information on Paul McCobb imitators and lookalikes which I have learned is every bit as useful and important as the authoritative data I have on McCobb's actual work, especially for moments like these Lane chairs.
