"Although I like the general proportions and backrest, It seems so bulky, no refinement at all in the execution?
Quality of the wood also seems rather poor."
This description accurately describes Jeanneret Chandigarh furniture as well. Doesn't make them any less desirable to the collector/investor.

I never made any qualitative comments about the chair. Based upon its credited designer, well-respected cabinetmaker, and rarity, it is an excellent find for the price, irrespective of what either of us thinks about the design.
I'm not a huge fan of many of Kaare Klint's chairs designs, but if I came across one for less than a tenth of its consensus retail value, I'd happily buy it.

I am by no means questioning the attribution, but there is no reference to the chair in:
"40 years of Danish furniture design : the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers? Guild exhibitions 1927-1966 ; Dansk møbelkunst gennem 40 aar : Københavns Snedkerlaugs møbeludstillinger 1927-1966 / Jalk, Grethe . - Tåstrup, 1987, Bd. 3, s. 173 .- ISBN: 8775117118"
I just looked through my copy and the only Christensen & Larsen piece by Kofod-Larsen is this easy chair and footstool.
Wright had a pair
and site the source for the attribution.
Leif had noted the same reference in his post way above.

I see your enjoyment of the chair is only of short nature 🙂
As it has appeared (quite shamelessly) on the same vendingsite as where you bought it:
