Your post is about to set...
Your post is about to set off a frantic whirlwind of eBay and craigslist searches around the interwebs.
Therefore, unless you already own it, I would recommend going and buying it immediately (i.e. if the listing doesn't state the designer, then it will almost certainly be underpriced). If you do already own it, then congratulations. You'll find out the designer very shortly.

Too long a drive for me . . .
. . . from Chicago. I'm not familiar with the Dutch market values, but I'd be zooming down the road right now if it was within 100 miles of me.

Ib Kofod-Larsen for...
Ib Kofod-Larsen for Christensen & Larsen. Look for the interlocking C and L logo on the inside of a framing member. However, I have seen an example without the mark. I am not aware of any replicas for this design.
Nice pickup for 250 Euro.

On a minorly related note: is...
On a minorly related note: is the Christensen in Christensen & Larsen the same person as the CFC in CFC Silkeborg?
edit: and since it has already sold:

Always good to see a value...
Always good to see a value find go to someone who will keep and use it rather than flip for a profit.
And to correct a prior statement:
"Very nice pickup for 250 Euro."

But is it really his design?
Although I like the general proportions and backrest, It seems so bulky, no refinement at all in the execution?
Quality of the wood also seems rather poor.
Sorry Retroliving, don't want to pull you or the acquisition down..

These are the references in...
These are the references in the index:
1. 40 years of Danish furniture design : the Copenhagen Cabinetmakers? Guild exhibitions 1927-1966 ; Dansk møbelkunst gennem 40 aar : Københavns Snedkerlaugs møbeludstillinger 1927-1966 / Jalk, Grethe . - Tåstrup, 1987, Bd. 3, s. 173 .- ISBN: 8775117118
2. Dansk Kunsthåndværk
3. Bruun Rasmussen Auction Cat. no.: 692
I would possibly toss the Bruun Rasmussen auction catalog for the sake of argument. But I don't think you can really toss the first two. (Tell me if I am wrong here). If they are suspect, then there aren't many Danish design attributions that aren't suspect.
I will even throw in the fact that I usually like Kofod-Larsen's designs a lot, and this particular one does nothing for me, but anybody can have a bad day.
