A few points to be weary of.
The cushion looks like it has come from a siesta chair from RYBO
The adjusters look like they are from the seat of an early ekorness stressless chair.
The base looks like it is a Puch chair base
So not sure if either is the case or that you simply have an early ekorness chair.
closer inspection would be required.
It is like art not worth much UNLESS you have to ABSOLUTELY have it.
