ID Leather Folding Chair - Danish or German made?

Hello all! Would you please help me to ID the follwing chair? I bought it today in Germany very close to the Danish Border. Thank you in advance!

The wood of chair seems like smooth and hard. The woods that come from german forest are of high quality and durable. I'm not sure but this folding chair was made in germany.

If not stained (dark colored beech for instance) I would think the wood could be mahogany. Could be danish, could be anything really..
Looks late forties, early fifties to me.
