are not a good enough source for an I.D. as they can be lazy. You can email the rizzo site, they dont always answer but you have a 50/50 chance they will.

So I am not the only one.I asked for some info on the Stereo Commander system and never received a response.I assume they just don't care unless it looks like a sale of a newly produced piece but who knows.
Having said that I am surprised how many dealers even don't respond when enquiring on pieces.Maybe business is booming out there and they can't keep up.

Don't ignore correspondence from potential customers as they assume the worst whether real or perceived.
