ID: Danish rosewood sofa and easychair. Finn Juhl?  

First, the wood is teak. Dark resinous high quality teak, but still teak.
Second, it is not Finn Juhl. I confess I am virtually ignorant of Leif Hansen's designs, so maybe perhaps. These upholstered sofas with handrests or armrests in teak must have been the easiest way into the market, because there are lots and lots of different ones. They are more prevalent in Denmark, so I am guessing you are in Denmark.
