I would guess later 1960s or 1970s judging by the Cincinnati shell but absence of shock mounts.

Did this originaly have shockmounts or can I just bolt the legs,to the shell??

The chair originally had small thin rubber washers that fit in-between the fiberglass and the base.  You can see the outline of the size on your shell.  You need to find some of those and the right screws and then it will be properly mounted to the base.

I have the proper size bolts & screws...Which would be correct?
Now,I hve to find the washers.
