Help identify dining table set?  

I purchased this dining table set last spring, and despite tons of online research, I have not been able to identify it.  Does anyone know what it is?I think the table is teak, and it's wider in the center than at the ends.  It has a leaf that cranks up from underneath.  The most interesting thing about it, which you can see in the pics, is the way the legs come up and interface with the table top. Chairs are have paperboard tags marked:  510 ARM CHAIR Cutting No. 62 AssemblyTable is stamped underneath:  TABLE 517 No. 305 Cutting No. 62 AssemblyI'd love to find out more about this set.  It has six chairs, three leaves, full custom sized table pads, and it even came with two tablecloths!
