Hello all, I love this table and have been trying to figure out who made / designed it but haven't been able to find another and there are no markings.

If any one has come across one like this or similar your input would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you!

Has anyone seen a table with leaves stored in a similar drawer type fashion?

In the antiques trade,
in American English, we refer to these as pull-out breadboard ends. I think the Brits call them Stowleaf Extensions. Here is an example that cites all four of those terms: (scroll down to "Stowleaf"),

Here is a picture of the buffet that was bought with the table back in the 60's. Maybe they are the same designer / manufacturer?

I actually saw something very similar today at one of the local shops I stalk. It was made by brdr furbo and marked made in denmark. The example I saw had seen better days but functioned in a very similar manner to your table. it also shared many of the same style queues.
Hope that helps.
