Danish Style Sofa & Chair Set Identification?

I recently acquired a Danish style sofa and side chair set for my apartment in Kansas City. There are no tags and so I'm wondering if anyone on the forum can identify anything about these. (Even if they are cheap knockoffs!)

I bought these from a guy who has tons of this stuff collected in his house. Obviously the cushions are redone. What do ya think?

Is it that bad?
No one has commented so I'm assuming two things:
- That it's boring and innocuous and
- Probably very common

I like parts of the back, its not the lowest end stuff but the finish and complexity/awkward elements point toward danish "style"american by a captive in house design group...its a start,but there is enough genuine scand. stuff around you can trade up at some point?
