Chair ID help Salterini Woodard or ????

Hi all
I found a modest find last weekend, and thought it could be a great find. It may be less than great, I can't find a similar outdoor chair. Anyone know this chair? Its a pretty good sit in a patio dining chair.

Here is an update on my search. This same chair was spotted on 1st dibbs, and was listed as Salterini produced. They call it "Maurizio Tempestini for Salterini"
So when I was at that garage sale, and the lady said her price was 30 dollars for the pair I bought, I didn't have to think long about it! I just hope the dealer has the attribution right.
I wonder if the common person can tell they are worth more than cheap crap from K-mart, with Martha's name on them?
It was a fun conclusion!
