The are stamped with a 'B' on the back rail.
No Danish stamp, but fairly sure they are...
The woven wool covers look like a write-off - shame because it's really lovely looking folky stuff with flecks of green and brown...

I have a set of these
and have taken them apart for reupholstering and have not found any country of origin marks on them. I don't think they're Danish, just a fairly good chair in the Danish style. The seat is attached in a kind of odd way that I've never seen on a Danish chair---not that that's a defining characteristic but it is worth noting, I think. They struck me as rather cheaply made in general, though with nice fabric and cleaned-up wood, they will be handsome.
Mine were lacquered, by the way. The lacquer was very worn and had to be removed before an oil finish would look good. This wasn't hard to do, just steel wool and lacquer thinner and a respirator. Each chair took maybe 30-45 minutes at most.

The stains are scary, aside from that I have this Dining set and can tell you they aren't Danish. But they do look nice with MCM furniture since they were made in that style.

Oh, those are not stains...
The textile (by Maharam) was called "Blatter Splatter". I believe that it was introduced during the era of "American Nudist Dining"...when dinner guests were encouraged to bring a hand towel, but usually didn't. Pretty and practical, too!
Carry on..
ps nice chairs.

d-SCAN
Yep those chairs would have had a paper label on the seat underside - d-SCAN made in singapore.
I have a set of four of them, two just like yours and two with arms, can get a pic of the label if you want one.

For sure they are D - Scan chairs
I just got 4 of these yesterday at a yard sale. They are made of teak and dark brown burlap type fabric. Labels are under the seat - D-scan Made in Singapore. Mine don't seem to have those attractive yellow stains or perhaps the dark brown hides them better. If it's permissible to ask, does anyone know about what they're worth. I don't really want them but I couldn't very well turn down the seller's price of $20 for all of them.
