Trying to sell 2 camel leather Barcelona chairs purchased from DWR mid 2005 on Anniversary Sale of camel leather model only + Architect's Discount so did not pay full price. Contacted Knoll, Inc + sent photos of chair, X brace, straps, seat tag, etc. Knoll Quality Control Manager states that these were made by Knoll. This was before "Knoll authorization stamp & LMvdR signature" embossed on to leg. 2005 Knoll did license DWR to sell Knoll Barcelona chairs. afterwards new ones had the stamping.
Furniture vender is reluctant to sell because of no stamping which Knoll did not always do in past. Measurements equal Knoll measurements, plus seat cushions match Knoll seat cushions, belt connections, welded steel corners, X Brace appears to be authentic according to Knoll QC Manager.
Please Help...Thank you!

Why not list them on the Radar category offered exclusively on Design Addicts Forum? They appear to be Knoll, and Design Within Reach offered a version of the Barcelona chair is chrome plated steel (as your chairs probably are). I don't think that the "lesser cost" chrome versions were stamped.
Or you could just keep them.

The Knoll QC Manager stating they are original should be proof for any legitimate reseller (including yourself) to confidently sell these pieces. Your chairs are OEM.
Knoll is not authorized to confirm written authenticity of these Barcelona chairs without a DWR original receipt. You know this information.
Both stainless steel and chrome plated are currently manufactured. The imprint origination date varies between 2005-2006 for the entire product line.
It is a small world art2arch.
