2000-2010 dining set (and possible end table)

Looking to identify this set of furniture. The current owner is the second owner. The first purchased it from an artist based out of North Hollywood somewhere between 2000 and 2010. They've been struggling to remember who the artist was. I've looked everywhere for a maker's mark, stamp, signature, or something, but I'm coming up empty.

There's also the end table which may be from the same set, but it might just be a similar style with the flared end legs.

Anyone got any idea who might have made it?
