| Teak Dining Chair ID | 1 Relevance | 13 years ago | lexi221 | General discussion | |
| I have a set of 6 of each chair. The set on the left has been in the family since new(recovered)- the set on the right was recently aquired. There are slight differences between them - both are constructed in the same manner. The chairs on the left are marked K.S. Made in Denmark - which let me to believe they are an attributed design to Kai Kristiansen produced by Korup Stolefabrik. The chairs on the right have the fabric under the chairs so I dont know if they say this. Any help with an ID for the chairs on the right would be appreciated. Thank you | |||||
| ID very large Danish teak dining table with splayed legs. | 1 Relevance | 12 years ago | danishmods | Identification | |
| Hi,This is a lovely teak table I recently aquired. It is very large! 149cm long by 90 wide. I also picked up an Arne Vodder sideboard and Helge Sibast chairs from the same place so the late owner was obviously someone with good taste... The table is very solidly constructed but unfortunately there is no longer a makers mark remaining. I was hoping someone with more table identification skills than myself would be able to name this one? | |||||

| Dansk archive ? Dansk customer service has replied to my request for information on the four ducks logo, thus: "Dansk was aquired by Lenox in the early 1980's. Not all of the archive information was forwarded. Unfortunately we do not have the information to give you." I wonder if Ted Nierenberg's family has the rest? | |||||
| Bearings on Egg Chair | 1 Relevance | 12 years ago | Andy82 | General discussion | |
| Hello, I recently aquired an egg chair and I think the bearings need changing. The chair almost has a life of its own and sits on a slightly uneven floor thus does not sit straight - I have been told the chair is quite old so perhaps the bearings are worn and need to be changed? Has anyone changed bearings on their chair? Also where did you purchase from? Let me know your thoughts? Thanks Andrew | |||||
| Herman Miller Chairs | 1 Relevance | 14 years ago | NULL NULL | General discussion | |
| Hi All, I recently aquired a group of Herman Miller chairs. After much surfing I belive they are of kelly green colour, fibre glass material and the stackable type. All chairs are stamped with the Herman Miller logo, with one of them with a ink stamp saying 1984. Other than this I have no other knowledge on the chairs. I'm planning to sell the chairs but not sure on the value, if anyone can help it would be much appreciated. | |||||
| Leather seat Germany 70's? ID | 1 Relevance | 14 years ago | lionel | General discussion | |
| Hello We aquired two beautifull seats in leather.Black leather. I Know they are just normal 60-70-80's seats, but we like them. Our aim is to buy some more matching seats(if we find them at least) so we have a complete set ;-)) Thats why we are willing to know the designer or manufacturer? It has a label under the seat wich tells in German: KONTROLLKARTE with a label under it in red. So yes probably german production, but not shure offcourse ;-... Is there anyone who could help us? Thank you so much! | |||||

| Just curious to know from you guys if there's always been one specific product of good design (furniture, lighting, object) that you've always lusted after but stil don't have because it's too expensive, discontinued or whatever. I think all I really want is the Bojensen wooden monkey but I'm not going to pay $100 for it. | |||||
| Need Mobler ID on these.. any info?? | 1 Relevance | 15 years ago | lind2020 | Identification | |
| I have two Mobler chairs I've aquired at auctions. I believe one is a vintage J16 rocker by Mobler, and am curious about rarity and info. The other is a different model, (also mobler markings) marked JASON with a rotex seat and 7 spindle back, easy chair type. A good friend told me people on here were genius at this and also generous to help. I want help identifying it or a rough idea of its origin. If anyone can help, please give me tips! thanks http://s283.photobucket.com/albums/kk320/lind2020/ | |||||
