German Chrome and Glass coffee table Model Klassik 1022 Van Peter Draenert, 1960s This famous coffee table is probably the first frameless table in the history of modern design. It consists of a 19 mm thick glass table top and steel clamping guides, plated in polished chrome. Magazines not included. Some limited edition items by Draenert are exhibited in leading museums such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York and the Victoria & Albert Museum in London. Condition good (few signs of wear)
