Classic design model 1748 by Max Ingrand for Fontana Arte Italy. Brass socket with lamp shade made of etched glass. Under the direction of Max Ingrand at Fontana Arte, collaboration between designers and artists flourished. Among the most beautiful collaborations of the 1950s and 1960s was the painter and artist Duilio Bernabè (Dubé); Dubé added an expressive decoration to tabletops and lamps by painting or carving glass directly. This iconic chandelier by Max Ingrand has six glass details handcrafted by Dubé. Please note that there is a small chip at the edge of the screen. Light patina on brass.
