McIntosh sideboard  

I have above sideboard been sitting in garage, getting damp and boxes of stuff stored on top. Have scrubbed off damp spores and lightly sanded ready for painting. But, the right hand side door of the double cupboard won’t close properly. I push it to the cabinet frame but then it sticks as it’s a couple mm too high. The door then jams against its partner door. The hinges are piano ones running the length of the cabinet and door.  I can take pics tomorrow if anyone thinks they can help. I’m a complete novice.  Thankyou
