Which country are you in Alisa?
I very recently deconstructed (read: inadvertantly destroyed) a tea trolley, and have some very similar wheels which you'd be welcome to if you want to collect?
Allow me to take some photos tomorrow to see if they'd be transferrable or correct but they seem at least in my mind's eye, really similar. I can say with absolute certainty mine was not Hundevad, though.
They could do with some buffing up with wire will. You can have them for price of postage if you like, but you'd still have to figure out how to transplant them.
P.S She's still functional as a side table, in fact the only one which is up for less than careful use. You can't see in the picture but it's a trapezoid shape. When I say destroyed I meant I dropped 7 of 16 screws and some fastening hardware while walking away with it.
I prefer it this way anyhow. I've never seen any indication it's precious otherwise I'd find a way to restore properly.
On closer inspection they don't look incredibly closely matched, so sorry for that. Also, the white rubber is a really nice touch.
If you can remove the rubber and would be comfortable diving into a CAD program I'd consider getting 4 treads 3D printed, there's definitely rigid rubber like material they print in now. And there's plenty of crowd sourced 3D printing platforms to get you a cheap quote.
