But can't you take the measurements from a photo? That's how I do it. You even have a chair at hand, so you know exactly how long the distance is from, say, the bottom to the top of the armrests. Take a good historical picture of a chair with an original cushion (google will present you one), enlarge it as much as possible, measure the distance from the bottom to the top of the armrest and the hight of the cushion and relate it to the original dimensions. The result will be pretty close to what your are looking for.

Don't have that much experience with Grete Jalk. Had a coffee table from Grete Jalk couple months ago. (At least the seller was very confident, that the table is from Jalk).
That had also a sticker from Glostrup. My sofa frame not only have the sticker from Glostrup, but also
same details as the coffee table, like these black screws etc. That's why I think the connection to Jalk should be very likely. 🙂
According to the DFI this is a design by Svend Aage Eriksen. Model GM 5. They give a number of references.
