Hi people
I have an early PH Artichoke lamp that I'm restoring . Thing is it is quite unique in that it has been left for some time and now has a verdigris patina.
Im still in two minds if it to bring it back to original or leave it as it is. Ive had mixed opinions.
Talking to some of my designer friends in Denmark they all say don't touch it ! That Getting that finish takes years and years.
Also apparently it originally was suspended by just 2 cables - off the handles?
Just thought id throw it out there...

Beautiful the way it is-I would not touch that patina!

Same here. Plus, won't the copper be kind of pitted and rough if you removed the verdigris?
