Pollock Chair Repair  

I have two Pollock Chairs by Knoll, only both missing the armrests. It is a red leather chair with five legs, and both are in very good "allmost new" condition but for the missing the armrests.

Does anyone know where I could get four armrests? I've talked to Knoll, and they recommended ordering the part through a dealer - but it sounds like it is about $400 or $600 for two sets of chair arms. Not something I can afford, but would be nice to get the chairs back in its full form.
