Picked up a bunch of Charles pollock chairs and some of them have bad upholstery. six of the chairs are in good shape and four of them are shot. By looking at it(shell) How do you take it apart? Is it worth the trouble of getting the upholstery job??? Thanks

Take it a part from the center wrap. That is the only way. Then you need to find new plastic wraps .

Can you elaborate? I have removed the arms and the base of my chair but I cant figure out how to remove the metal trim or plastic back without doing damage. What are the 'plastic wraps' you mentioned? Thanks!
