I have an older Eames Softpad sofa that is in need of repair. Here's what it needs:

1. New straps for the seat frame (for under the seat cushions)
2. Two new snaps to attach to the seat frame
3. New plastic stays (they are inside the cushion covers and are lengths of plastic that help keep the front of the cushion from bending)

Any suggestions for where to get these items or how to rig them myself? I've tried and tried to get Herman Miller to help me out but they are of no use. It is terribly frustrating to buy an expensive sofa whose concept was that is it modular and not be able to get the manufacturer to help out!

Any assistance would be most appreciated. Thanks.

Thank you
Thank you so much for the information. I've emailed off to them asking about the parts I need.
Thanks again!
