Hi, I've just purchased a Warren McArthur lounge chair. It has his patented washer and caps covering the connecting screws. A couple of these standard washers and caps are missing, and I'm hoping to replace them with washers from another McArthur chair.
Does anyone know exactly how these caps and washers can be removed safely?
