Found this sofa, mother really likes it (meh)

im going to get it for her
does anyone have any idea who made it or the designer?

Since it's a Victorian-style sofa,
I'd just say it was designed by Queen Victoria, and leave it at that.

Transitional style
between Empire and High Victorian, probably 1870-ish. Either rosewood, walnut or mahogany, made in either the UK or USA. No designer.
