womb chair authenticity

Im on my way to look at a new saarinen womb chair...they are asking 1000 dollars for it, im just wondering what signs I need to tell its authenticity ...I know the overall look and what fakes look like, I need to know if there's a knoll label or something to look for.

...any suggestions ...is this a good price?

I know the original has a...
I know the original has a bar that doesn't touch the seat on the underside...many fakes ...the bar touches the fabric on the underside...

When you say "a NEW Saarinen Womb chair"...
... do you mean that the chair is brand new, or just that it'll be new to you?
Is it being sold by a dealer or a private party?
Have you asked whether the chair is made by Knoll? What'd the seller say?

Coincidentally..
... i went to see one today too. Mine's in the UK though. I've posted up some pictures I took on my thread, which may help you if someone else can authenticate mine!
