Who is the Original Designer and Manufacturer of This?

 I bought set of these chairs couple of days ago - they looked very familiar to known Danish design. The frame is teak , any idea who the original designer or manufacturer is? Thanks in advance for your feedback.

I believe I saw similar ones at MILIBOO if this helps somehow.

knockoff of a Wegner CH33. The wood does not look like teak to me from those photos.
