Which one should i choose for my kitchen?

Recently, I want to replace my kitchen. There are three colors of kitchen countertops from Historycountertops. Which one should I choose? Does anyone help me? Thanks

1, Calacatta White Quartz

2, Pure White Quartz

3, Jet Black Quartz

A picture of the cabinets and of the kitchen would be quite helpful. I can't help but think that the pure white quartz will look "dated" in a decade. Calcatta is classic. Black is too common. White formica is sweet.
