Way to go, Ellie
Glad you took my suggestion about the PH5. You'd think it was specifically designed to go over a Saarinen dining room table!
YLightning is better then DWR...I'm not a fan of DWR because although they are legit distributors of lines like Louis Paulsen, they PICK AND CHOOSE only those items they care to show on their website, and make a big deal about placing orders for items they don't choose to 'stock'.
Also, if there's a DWR in your state, you'll pay salestax too.
YLightning doesn't charge tax and if they distribute a line, they'll show every item on their website.
Hive Modern, Retromodern and Highbrow are also the same; they list most things and it's easy as punch to order from them.
I suggest spending the extra money to have it installed by someone who understands modern penants.
Here's what I did; I went to my local big lighting store and asked for them to suggest a local electrician who'll understand the peoper height, etc.
It was worth it.

I really love the way the Fog & Morup Semi lamp looks, but I was afraid the repeating the basic shape of the tulip would be overkill. I was also concerned that the direction of the light (straight down) would be unflattering to guests seated at the table.
The PH5 is a great lamp and it allows light to escape above the fixture so it have the same effect that a Semi lamp would. But my wife didn't like it. :/
Ellie, congrats on the pendant...it feels great to finally get something above that table, doesn't it? Now to get something on the walls.
