I like the idea of one Mademoiselle only in the room as it
creates a special atmosphere.
As dining chairs I can also see some Bellini chairs either
in black, dark brown, or dark grey, but the Maui is my
first choice because it harmonises both with the space
and with the Mademoiselle.
Leaf Chair?
They look great particularly in green

American modern
Call me an old fart but I still say people shopping here miss the opportunity for some great complimentary furniture by ignoring some of the lesser known American modern furniture makers. Like this dining chair on ebay:
These are a fraction the price of any Eamies/Mies/Knoll/etc, well made and well designed.

clean lined, fresh faced chairs..
I would go for a clean lined, fresh faced chair, in keeping with the rest of the furniture you allready have. (Great space btw :o) Perhaps with a slight curve (as an echo of the lovely barstools at the counter) and/ or with a hint of alu/chrome (repeating the alu of the occasional table at the sofa and the alu legs of the dark wood media furniture).
Of the suggestions already made, I like the Maui chair the best.
Other options: some great clean lined Lapalma chairs (take a look at model Exa or model Cuba) Or, similar family, the Arper Catifa 46 sleigh.
All offer a dark stained seat or a light wood seat. I would tend to go for the lighter wood in this case: there is already a lot of dark surface present (cf. table, media storage). And by putting the chairs next to the dark table, this make the form of the chair stand out and will simultaneously draw attention to the grain of the lighter wood. The darker version would work too, but would create a more strict/ austere feel for your place. It depends on what it is you prefer.
Check out first whether they offer a comfortable seat though.
As an accent chair, swop that plasticy Starck for a long lasting wooden Cherner (preferably with arms, cf echoing the curves of the barstools again, and possibly with some upholstered pads in nice either contrasting or same coloured leather).
