Drawn aside only of 4 cm of the wall! - Possibility of connection of the pipe of smoke with left-right-hand side with the back or on the top!

Is there still a secret little bit of the GDR hanging around?

I'm a little confused Heath. This fireplace for real? Seems unlikely
My guess is (if this fireplace is real), the exhaust is expelled via thin ventilation ducts surrounding the fireplace. Then through the wall and up the chimney. I imagine that radiant heat is greater with something like this...as are the dangers.
What is GDR?
