does anyone know of any interesting drink trolleys that would look good in a modern interior?

two that come to mind are richard schultz's 1966 collection serving cart and alval aalto's 901 tea cart.

do you know of any others?

One of the finest ones...
...is by one of the most talented designers England has: David Mellor's trolley for Magis.
It has something many do not have: it looks "mobile" which is quite different from a piece of furniture on wheels.

McCobb
Either of the 2 Paul McCobb tea/drink carts may serve your needs. The Planner Group one (just wood and wrought iron, I think) is simpler and less expensive than the Calvin one (brass and (usually) travertine marble), but both have the typical McCobb elegance about them.
