trying to identify my large old arch floor lamp-chrome, marble, plastic  

Hello! I have always been a collector of the art nouveau and deco periods and have recently begun a transition into the cleaner mid century lines and curves. I picked up a large arched lamp recently at a yard sale and have been looking for a similar one so that I can learn more about the one I have. The base is a very thick round marble disc with a cord that has a floor step button to turn it on and off. The arch is adjustable and the shade is an opaque white plastic that is actually 2 pieces that are screwed together with a metal ring between them. The ring extends below the plastic almost like the handle to a medical lamp that you would use to move the lamp around with. I have pictures but don't know how to link them to here.
