tips for installing the Omni wall system?  

I have a set of George Nelson Omni wall system unit with compression posts.
Any suggestions on the installation sequence? I have cabinets that have four slotted openings with screws that attach to an oval plate. I am guessing that the oval plate slides into the post. Do I install the posts and get those upright and plumb first? How do these oval plate/screws attach to the posts?

Need a little help here since the unit came disassembled and do not have any instructions...
