i picked this up about a year ago from an estate sale for $200 US and have since used it as my desk at home. unfortunately, i'll be moving soon into a smaller space and i just don't think it's going to make the cut. i'm considering ebay or craigslist and i honestly have no idea what to even consider asking for it; or what i might even expect to make on it. it's obviously a knoll (tag was a dead giveaway), but im not sure how old it is or which model, etc.
its the usual chrome frame with walnut build and a laminate top (wish it were just wood). the side piece that attaches to sliders is missing the hardware. it can be propped up on a file cabinet under the desk. and even without it, the main desk is a real nice, large workspace.
anyways.. you guys all seem to really know your stuff. so i figured maybe someone out there knows their Knoll and can maybe help me out.
thanks everybody.

Florence Knoll
It's clearly one of the Florence Knoll desks she designed for a particular installation. On pages 260-263 of the Schiffer KNOLL book, there are 6 photographs (none in this book are numbered, stupidly) and over 100 Florence Knoll desk types....one of them is a cinch to be this one.
It's really beautiful and I'm certain you can get at least $500.00 or more for it, assuming you can get it shipped.
Does it come apart?
