teak wall system - recognise these handles anyone?

I bought two wall mounted units yesterday. I'm not sre if they are matching (doesn't matter anyway), but on an element of each - drawers and a cupboard - there are these strange triangular-ish indent handles. Anyone seen handles like these on anything?
