From what I can see
it looks like generic contract furniture and not very well designed at that....sorry.

The balance of the item is very odd. The pics are kinda small but if you are handy, you could get two nice tulip inspired side tables out of that. That's what I would do 🙂

ehhh....don't like it,...
ehhh....don't like it, sorry. It looks like a poor soul decided, 'Hey, lets make a table like the Saarinen oval tulip table but with two bases instead of one! Wouldn't that be awesome!' And it turned out not awesome. This is obviously not a designer piece. Sorry to disappoint. IMHO, it just looks odd and weirdly proportioned.
