The 90 degree angle between the legs look more Fritz Hansen than Knoll to me, but my guess would be that this is neither of those, and probably not HM either.
However, I think I remember seeing a Herman Miller folding table with a clever folding design for sale somewhere rather recently. It was a square table that unfolded to an octagonal or hexagonal shape. But this is clearly not it. Other than that, I don't recall ever seeing an octagonal HM table, or Knoll or Fritz Hansen for that matter.
