Hello fellow Design Addicts!

I just spotted a Swan chair for sale. The seller claims that it is the real deal, however, the base looks very off to me. Just wondering if the base is ever done in this type of fashion.

Thank you for the reply, I almost forgot that they came with casters as well.. so i guess they took the casters out.. interesting.
