Can we get better, bigger photos?
You are right that the legs and top look like no other Jürg Bally I've seen.  Are the legs painted? Or is that really wood grain?

Thanks for the reply, Leif!
Right now I don't have any high res pictures, will post asap.
The legs are curious to me, too. What do you think about the missing wood grain on the bottom? The mechanism is exactly the same as all the other models and so are the measurements. Just some little details seem odd.
On a more general note, do you know if there's any replicas of that model around at all? I personally never came across one...have you?

I think that someone had a new top made for it. It also looks perhaps a bit smaller than it should?
And I think the legs got some crazy faux curly grain stain/pain job?

The difference I see is  on that top from inside-room.de, you can see the wood grain of the counter (underside) veneer.  On yours the underside appears to be fiberboard.  Or whatever it is, it certainly does not appear to be a wood veneer.
And I don't really think that making a new top for one of these tables is too complicated to assume as a possibility.  It is a small diameter, well within the size you can expect to be able to buy anywhere in the 1st world.  A saw that can cut a circle is not hard to find.  And the edge banding is not really even a specialty item.  My big box store up the street sells wood veneer edge banding and laminate.  The specialty stores around town sell a profusion of items.  And this is a very valued table in certain parts of the world, which opens up a variety of other plausible motives for creating a new top for the table.  (Obviously this top was not created with the intent to deceive.)
Finally I don't really know a great deal about these tables.
Some mid century dealer in Switzerland is probably the expert.
